The Kentucky Consumer Conference is an annual gathering of over 250 individuals living with mental illness from across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The 2026 theme, Real People, Real Support, highlights the heart of peer support: authentic connection, shared lived experience, and the power of showing up for one another. Healing and growth happen in community through honest conversations, mutual understanding, and meaningful support. The 2026 conference will bring together Consumers, Kentucky Peer Support Specialists, professionals in Consumer-Operated Service Programs, and those working in Substance Use Programs. Attendees can expect a wide range of engaging, practical workshops designed to inspire, educate, and strengthen peer support skills.

BH WELL Scholar, Dr. Sarret Seng, presented a session titled "Cannabis Use and Mental Health: Bridging Research and Recovery". Additionally, BH WELL tabled at the conference.
