Dimensions of Wellness
Our philosophy at BH WELL is simple.
At BH WELL, we want everyone to have the chance to live their best life and be well! In an effort to meet that goal, we use the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, as endorsed by SAMSHA: Financial, Social, Occupational, Intellectual, Environmental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual.
Part of being well is understanding how the Eight Dimensions of Wellness impact your life.
