The Kentucky Consumer Conference is an annual gathering of over 400 individuals living with mental illness from across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The 2025 KY STARS Consumer Conference will be held on May 30, 2025 at the Clarion Hotel in Lexington, KY. This years theme is Breaking Barriers & Building Bridges. After the challenges of the past few years, we know that moving forward isn’t something we do alone—it takes a whole community. Whether it’s overcoming stigma, accessing support, or finding connection, peer support is key to breaking down obstacles and creating pathways to healing. Together, we can build bridges to stronger, more inclusive communities.

This year’s KYSTARS Kentucky Consumer Conference is packed with dynamic workshops designed for Consumers, Kentucky Peer Support Specialists, professionals in Consumer-Operated Service Programs, and those in Substance Use Programs. Plus, all workshops are approved for continuing education credits for KY Peer Support Specialists!
