Laura Deaton

PhD Nursing Research Intern

Laura Deaton is a student in the nursing PhD program at the University of Kentucky. She received her BSN at Belmont University in Nashville, TN in 2015. She has been a child/adolescent psychiatric nurse in both inpatient and outpatient settings for 6 years. Her research interests include trauma informed care, transcultural psychiatry, and suicide prevention.
