Jarrod Franchino

Undergraduate Research Intern

Jarrod Franchino is a December 2021 graduate of the UK College of Nursing. He began working with BH WELL as an undergraduate research intern in 2017. Jarrod served part-time in the Army National Guard and was a Second Lieutenant in UK's ARMY ROTC program. With the BH WELL team, he conducted a pilot study at the Lexington VA hospital to evaluate Compassion Fatigue and Burnout in nurses. Jarrod is passionate about empowering nurses to increase their job satisfaction as well as their mental and physical health.
