Chizimuzo T.C. Okoli, PhD, MPH, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, NCTTP, FAAN is a Professor at University of Kentucky College of Nursing, Executive Director of Behavioral Health Wellness Environments for Living and Learning (BH WELL), Co-Director of Bridging Research Efforts and Advocacy Towards Healthy Environments (BREATHE), and Director of Behavioral Health Research and Evidence Based Practice and Tobacco Treatment Services at Eastern State Hospital. He served as past president of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and has been inducted into the Sigma Nursing Honor Society International Researcher Hall of Fame. He is an American Association of Nursing Fellow and a Fulbright Specialist.
