Congratulations to Claudia Robertson, BH WELL Project Assistant, for graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology!

She will graduate with honors as a member of the Lewis Honors College. Claudia has been with BH WELL since January 2019 when she was a sophomore. She joined the BH WELL team because she wanted to work to benefit those living with behavioral health challenges. At BH WELL, she worked on several projects such as creating a behavioral health tailored tobacco treatment book and translating a tobacco cessation card game from French to English. Claudia then transitioned to become BH WELL’s first social media coordinator. She has also written BH WELL blogs about behavioral health issues related to occupational therapy.

BH WELL Director, Dr. Zim Okoli, shares,

“I’ve observed Claudia’s steady growth as a student and professional during her time with BH WELL. Her personal development has been reflected in the growing initiative she took while completing her tasks with social media. Because of her efforts, BH WELL’s visibility as a reputable program has grown. In addition, her compassion and dedication to her career in occupational therapy is an example of living the values we espouse in BH WELL. I’m so proud of who she is and who she is becoming and can’t wait to see the impact she will make in the world!”

Claudia plans to begin an Occupational Therapy doctoral program in the fall and will continue to work with BH WELL. Claudia says her time on the BH WELL team, thus far, has helped grow her knowledge of research and behavioral health.

Congratulations Claudia!
